Meta's Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage Team is seeking a strategic, and relationship obsessed Client Solutions Manager with platform knowledge and data-driven strategic thinking. This is a unique to manage relationships, leverage analytical skills, and showcase product expertise. The role requires relationships with day to day and clients as well as strategic internal relationships with cross-functional partners in measurement, Creative Shop, engineering, marketing and product. With a demonstrated expertise understanding of brand and performance marketing, this role will be expected to drive in quarter incremental revenue and execute customized learning and long term partnership priorities.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans, in partnership with Client Partner, to drive transformational client growth
  • Lead external client education and consultations for existing best practices and future product solutions
  • Craft data-driven narratives and recommendations to drive incremental revenue using custom analyses, effective communication, and persuasive presentation skills
  • Approach a constantly changing business with speed, and authority
  • Manage complex workstreams end to end and drive progress with limited oversight
  • Manage account operations, troubleshooting, and escalations ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy and consulting roles
  • Advanced experience with spreadsheets and presentation development
  • In depth knowledge analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights
  • Experience storytelling through data visualization, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases and influence key decisions
  • Experience clearly communicating progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders including C-Level level executives
  • Experience effectively delivering insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience designing, tracking, analyzing, and presenting test results
  • Influence, internal & external: Experience collaborating, communicating, and influencing a diverse set of cross-functional teams including engineering, product, data science
  • Interest in working with a team and eagerness to take on various roles in support of the broader team's goals
  • Proficient in Ads Manager, Facebook Ad Management Engine, Unidash, IDD, Tableau, and Scuba
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams on products features and functionality
  • Experience across Meta's full suite of advertising solutions
  • Experience with business case modeling and market/opportunity sizing
  • Knowledge of basic business accounting, finance, and statistics

$107,000/year to $171,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
