As a North America Channel Marketing (CM) Operations Lead in Reality Labs (RL), you will bridge the channel marketing and business worlds as you partner closely with cross-functional teams across Meta to bring the Metaverse Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality Products to consumers around the world. You will provide cross-functional leadership to chart strategic direction in sync with overall company roadmaps, while delivering sales-focused capabilities that meet near to long-term business needs. Your goal is to ensure the business is well-positioned to move fast in adapting for scale and complexity. The mission of our Global Sales Planning & Operations organization is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales organization through planning, operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. We identify and drive critical projects and strategic initiatives to support growth while supporting the operational cadence to surface business insights. The Channel Marketing Operations Lead will partner with the Head of Business Planning & Operations and other Sales leaders. The role will entail overseeing the Channel Marketing Rhythm of the Business (ROBs), providing strategic insights, managing CM budgets, providing insights on the state of the business, and tracking KPIs & scorecards to drive scalable revenue growth and CM operational effectiveness. The role will sit on the BP&O Third-Party Retail team, which is part of the RL Global Sales Planning & Operations team, with a particular focus on sales capabilities and operational rigor. We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical person with problem-solving abilities. This candidate will be passionate about the Metaverse vision, possess a robust analytical and consultative approach, retail experience, experience in working with stakeholders from business and technical backgrounds, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment delivering against tight deadlines, and a passion for scaling operations.

Channel Marketing Operations Lead, North America Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the North America Channel Marketing Rhythm of the Business (ROBs)
  • Provide strategic insights to guide Channel Marketing decisions
  • Manage CM budgets effectively to align with strategic goals
  • Understand the state of the business to inform planning and operations
  • Track KPIs & scorecards to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Drive streamlined and efficient processes (e.g., reporting, prioritization) to further streamline rhythm of the business and team launch activities
  • Manage North America initiatives whilst working with the regional teams and also drive alignment and develop projects at regional level that have potential to scale at a global level
  • Assist sales teams with medium to long-term planning by conducting thorough analytics of business potential and fostering partnerships with key leaders.
  • Improve operational rigor through identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business. This includes identifying ways in which tools can be built and deployed to improve workflows
  • Build cross-functional relationships and establish resources to help solve complex interdisciplinary problems on behalf of the business
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Management Strategy Consulting or corporate strategy/Sales Planning & Operations or related experience.
  • Problem-solving and analysis skills, experience solving complex business problems (retail, telco, operational, organizational), and the experience to drive projects from strategy to execution.
  • BA/BS in an analytical field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Retail experience or business planning experience
  • MBA/Master's degree

$126,000/year to $178,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
