Meta Reality Labs is looking for a Channel Marketing Associate to take on the role of Channel Marketing Associate for North American 3rd party retail. This exciting and important role will be responsible for driving our channel marketing execution and coordinating channel activities in partnership with Channel Marketing Management and Channel leadership. The associate should have experience with North American retail partners like Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Amazon and regional partners like B&H Photo and NewEgg. The role will report into the Head of Channel Marketing for VR or Portal lines of business. This Channel Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing channel plans for Reality Labs products like Quest and Portal. The associate will deliver plans that stay within retail/channel marketing budgets, while executing experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement while continually improving our tool set and processes to meet our goals.You should have experience in prioritizing workload effectively, successfully managing their own time and stakeholders, to achieve your goals.

Channel Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
  • Execute go to market North American retail channel marketing strategy in concert with our Metaverse & Ray Ban Meta and Product Marketing teams. Focus on building programs that optimize awareness, trial and conversion and retention of our products.
  • Execute marketing and merchandising initiatives with NA retail partners within agreed upon budgets and KPIs.
  • Continuously measure, manage and optimize marketing programs to drive efficiency recommending tools development and processes as necessary to achieve these goals.
  • Oversight of channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics.
  • Manage content & campaign activities across retailers ensuring our content meets brand standards and is in service of overall Facebook strategy.
  • Always be innovating and partnering. Identify new channel marketing opportunities in NA and in partnership with other Meta Reality Labs geographic leaders and position these opportunities for review to drive to a decision.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing brand assets and deliver those asset requests on time to our creative teams, while following up and executing/delivering those brand assets to our NA retail partners.
  • Deliver and receive candid feedback on both sales/marketing metrics and personal performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience in a Retail Channel Marketing role and experience with a consumer technology brand.
  • 3+ years experience in execution across online and traditional retail channels.
  • 3+ years experience working directly with online retail partners with demonstrable knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs. CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) as examples.
  • Knowledge of how retailer partners like Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon and Target measure and manage their businesses. Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI), inventory turns, etc.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics.

$96,000/year to $143,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
