The Reality Labs (RL) Employee Effectiveness (EF) team delivers efficient, scalable solutions that enable RL employees to do their best work, so they can build tools that help people feel connected anytime, anywhere. As Business Program Manager for RL Hub, you will own the products and platforms that let us serve RL employees at scale across our Onboarding, Manager Effectiveness, and Knowledge Management programs.You will collaborate with partners on the EF team and RL-wide to understand program and audience needs, plan and optimize products to deliver value efficiently, and work with internal and external developers to build and continuously improve the products you own. Your work will ensure RL employees at all levels have the information they need, when they need it, to achieve business goals across the organization.

Business Program Manager, Reality Labs Knowledge Management Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities and drive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategy and goals.
- Use data, user research, and analysis to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and product requirements that improve productivity and enhance user satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate internal and external resources, and guide the team through key milestones.
- Plan, initiate, and manage projects for knowledge management products and platforms.
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.
- Drive product development, design, and engineering while maintaining team health.
- Create and maintain program documents for staff and leadership review.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- 7+ years of program or project management experience in Knowledge Management, Learning & Development, Customer Experience, Employee Enablement, or related fields
- Proven leadership, organization, execution, and communication skills
- Experience working with broad, cross functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, coordinate resources, and deliver results
- Demonstrated experience planning, developing, and executing complex projects
- Experience with leading programs from inception through execution in complex, matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated experience delivering successful products with agility in an ambiguous environment.
- Experience drafting clear communication that drives action with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience working with ambiguity and experience thriving in an environment of constant change
- Demonstrated experience shifting from strategic to tactical work depending on priorities and needs, while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in the tech industry preferred
- Experience communicating program goals, progress, and status at all levels of an organization, from new hires to executive leaders
- Experience designing interconnected systems (e.g., data, UX)

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
