Meta is looking for a Business Lead to support the VP, Enterprise Products, responsible for supporting and driving the success of the organization and its leadership teams. Key responsibilities include business operations (e.g. meeting preparation and management; briefing and content development; project coordination; org engagement; leadership communications), stakeholder management, and project management on long range, and emerging priorities as needed. A successful Business Lead will be organized, strong in project management, have excellent communication skills, and be able to connect the dots and shift seamlessly between strategic counsel and daily execution. This person will drive key company priorities that promote efficiency and productivity at scale for Meta. This role also supports Meta's commitment to the Enterprise Engineering business partners by developing the operating models driving accountability and better business/product outcomes for key partners across Finance, People, Reality Labs and Infrastructure.

Business Lead, Enterprise Products Responsibilities:
- Scope, manage, and execute emergent projects that typically come from leadership within the organization and across the company
- Manage strategic initiatives ranging from business operations and planning, supporting organizational OKRs, business reviews to drive process improvement and enable the organization to execute with a high quality, rigor, speed, and efficiency
- Successfully drive strategic communication plans, QBR's and prepare for organizational sponsored events, independently and in partnership with key XFNs
- Strategically manage an internal and external rhythm of business with key partners including Meta business stakeholders, enterprise vendors, Leadership team, and XFN partners (e.g. HR, Finance, Infrastructure, RL leads)
- Partner with key XFNs to plan and manage headcount, ensuring data accuracy and budget alignment. Maintain close partnership with Mission Control, advising leadership on key changes with impact to the organization
- Prioritize and manage OPEX spend and identify methods to improve accuracy and timely visibility of reported data
- Bring structure and process to reviews at the Meta leadership level in a manner that is aligned to scale the quality, efficiency, speed, and rigor that the organization operates with
- Work across teams to prepare Engineering VP for important engagements (e.g. meetings, presentations, proposals), and create briefing documents that may include goals, talking points, attendee background, recommendations, and rationale for decisions needed
- Plan and execute offsite meetings in partnership with HR, admin team, and relevant XFNs/leadership
- Assist in executive reviews, product reviews, or any other key presentations the VP Engineering and organization needs to deliver
- Identify areas of improvement which span the organization, including proposing/driving solutions to resolve key challenges. This may include recruiting initiatives, Pulse action planning, operational issues, ad hoc communication strategies
- 10+ years of experience with project management, strategy, management consulting, research, operations or related fields
- Experience working with leaders across all levels, including C-suite
- Experience managing projects, initiatives, or work streams that involve multiple stakeholders
- Experience building presentation materials, creating roadmaps and project plans
- Experience managing budgets and enhancing the operating rhythm of an organization
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting a Technical or Engineering organizational from a business or operational capacity
- Experience managing ambiguity and adjusting to shifting priorities
- Experience providing upward feedback
- Advanced degree preferred

$174,000/year to $242,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
