The Consumer & Creator Marketing organization (responsible for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Threads Consumer & Creator brands) is looking for an experienced marketer to join the newly formed Cross-App Family of Apps team. The Cross-App FOA team is responsible for advancing FOA app goals through high impact cross-app priorities, driving FOA brand value through strategic and scaled brand governance, and strengthening FOA organization effectiveness through central operational excellences. This role requires someone who is highly organized and collaborative with demonstrated experience of operational and strategic rigor. This candidate will work cross-functionally with our family of app marketing teams and partner teams to drive internal operational programs and external marketing plans that help the FOA marketing organization deliver on shared objectives and business goals. This role will be responsible for supporting a number of initiatives, including: large scale, priority activations across multiple apps and surfaces, cross-app moments, and the governance and operations of our brands.

Brand Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of large scale cross-app Go-To-Markets, partnering closely with cross-functional partners both within and outside of marketing.
- Manage the strategy and execution of cross-app, portfolio moments, activations, and sponsorships (e.g. March Madness, World Cup, Olympics, UFC etc) in close collaboration with app marketing teams and cross functional partners (partnerships, media, business development, creative x, etc).
- Establish and execute operational processes that streamline and scale org effectiveness, including team-wide communications, talent and career development processes, and team building programs.
- Serve as key point of contact between FOA marketing, central marketing and cross-functional partner teams across the company to develop tighter collaboration and coordination across central efforts.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement to drive org-wide effectiveness in service of our north star vision and business goals.
- Identify and incorporate both internal and external benchmarks and best practices to bring FOA team's marketing to world class standards.
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent marketing experience
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning and operations for a marketing organization and/or management consulting supporting marketing functions in internet and/or consumer technology vertical
- Program management experience
- Communication and presentation creation experience
- Experience thinking, prioritizing and executing on multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Experience meeting fast-paced deadlines for ad hoc requests
- Attention to detail, methodical with the capacity to translate complex problems into actionable solutions
- Motivated, collaborative, and confident self-starter who is also a natural team player
