The Health and Wellbeing Team at Meta is seeking an audiologist to support the clinical operations and development of innovative audio technologies. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, engineers, and product managers, to execute studies that evaluate the safety and efficacy of audio products.
Audiologist Responsibilities:
- Execute studies to evaluate audio products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study protocols, data collection methods, and analysis plans
- Conduct audiometric testing and other assessments as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as research organizations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in audiology and related fields, and apply this knowledge to inform study design and implementation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) or a related field
- Current licensure as an audiologist
- 2+ years of experience in audiology, with a focus on research and/or clinical practice
- Understanding of audiological principles and practices, including hearing assessment and rehabilitation
- Proven experience working effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with research study design and implementation, including data collection and analysis
- Certification in audiology, such as CCC-A or BC-HIS

$147,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
