We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Agency Solutions Manager to join our Global Business Group team. As an ASM, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing our largest agency holding groups, leveraging your expertise in media planning, strategy, and measurement to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our advertising agencies and customers. You will be responsible for co-developing and executing strategic plans, building relationships with decision-makers, and delivering data-driven insights to inform business decisions. With a focus on full funnel thinking and project management, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project success and achieve business objectives, ultimately driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Agency Solutions Manager, Benelux Responsibilities:
- In partnership with Agency Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners. Scale best practice within the agencies
- Serve as external product consultant educating agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships. Establish office hours within agencies.
- Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta platform solutions
- Become a strategic partner for agencies to increase their productivity during the planning process by helping optimize the buying process, support Meta API integration and assist agencies to partner with Meta Business Partners
- Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams
- Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation
- Guide media strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators
- Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
- Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
- Project Management and Internal Operations
- Project manage complex work streams
- Oversee internal account operations (e.g. resolve systematic campaign questions and support on technical troubleshooting, etc.)
- Experience as a Meta platform user and knowledge of Meta's ad products
- Experience working with cross functional teams with the experience to influence external and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with problem solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights
- 5+ years experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships) at agency or advertiser side.
- Demonstrated experience presenting ideas
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fluency in English
- University degree in Business Management with In-depth understanding in the technical or marketing field
