• Develop and deploy initiatives to drive business momentum based on agency strengths and client portfolios.
• Co-create innovative solutions with agencies to showcase Meta's value.
• Productivity and Efficiency: Improve productivity and efficiency across enterprise domains by leveraging Meta solutions and technologies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Adoption Programs and Experimentation: Drive the development of large-scale adoption programs and experimentations to enhance agency capabilities.
• Stakeholder Management: Build trustful relationships with agencies from C-level to operational levels to influence mindset and behavior changes. Demonstrated experience of using data to inform strategies and influence decision making.
• Strategically manage politics and relations across multiple stakeholders within the managed agency corporation.

• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
