Join the Mid-Market team at Meta and play a pivotal role in connecting small and medium businesses globally with their customers through our advertising solutions. As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will leverage your knowledge of digital media, communication skills, and analytical abilities to expand both your clients' businesses and your own portfolio. You are a foundation builder, educator, and collaborative partner, dedicated to graduating your accounts to the next level in our sales organization.In this role, you will utilize your exceptional relationship-building skills to deliver robust client service, insightful performance analysis, and deep product expertise. You will proactively anticipate decision-making processes and consistently seek out and identify growth-driving solutions for your clients. Managing the day-to-day support of 30-40 accounts, you will also enhance internal systems to improve the performance of your immediate team and the broader organization.The ideal candidate operates with a curious and proactive mindset, embraces new tools and resources, and enjoys building new relationships. Comfortable with ambiguity, you are adaptable to evolving roles and responsibilities and ruthless prioritizaiton. Account Manager, Mid Market (B2B, FinServ, Gaming) Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, gaining insights into their business challenges, marketing objectives, and KPIs.
  • Utilize data-driven analyses to create forward-thinking, consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, highlighting impactful opportunities with clear action plans.
  • Drive business growth by strategically recommending Meta ad products and solutions tailored to meet clients' marketing needs.
  • Operate autonomously to ensure timely and high-quality completion of operational deliverables.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to identify and achieve shared objectives.
  • Analyze trends to enhance team workflows, optimize operations, and scale effectively.
  • Build expertise in how Meta's Advertising products work together and can be leveraged to meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment or digital marketing
  • Focused on delivering proven service with an effective emphasis on empathy and truly understanding client needs.
  • Self-driven learner
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working within the Gaming, Financial Services or B2B verticals.

$28.37/hour to $100,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
