The Mid-Market Account Management team is a sales team within the SMBG organization. This team is focused on helping small and medium sized businesses grow by optimizing their advertising across Meta's family of apps and services. Account Managers are directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results on Meta through marketing consultation, sales, education and support. This role is a quota-carrying role and requires a passion and interest for Sales and consumer marketing.

Account Manager, Consumer Package Goods Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize book of business based on understanding of client needs
  • Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals
  • Develop expertise in Meta's solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
  • Provide dedicated account management to end advertising clients and their advertising agencies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
  • Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute with minimal direction or oversight
  • Build proficiency and working knowledge of Meta measurement solutions and understand the value of our Meta Identity
  • Build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, brand/performance marketing, digital marketing, sales, or consulting
  • Proven communication and presentation skills
  • Experience growing revenue and client relationships
  • Experience developing, leading, and implementing scaled sales programs that align to business and product objectives
  • BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in marketing Consumer Packaged Good brands, or Brand Marketing, or Performance Marketing
  • Experience working with a portfolio or carrying a yearly revenue quota
  • Experience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationships. Interest in building client relationships
  • Experience prioritizing and managing tasks while embracing a move fast mindset
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
  • Have a fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client's business model

$85,000/year to $126,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
