Job Description

Enterprise Services is searching for an experienced Primary Engineer to join the Enterprise Services - Digital Enablement Value Team to lead the engineering efforts for the Security and Compliance Product which includes all ServiceNow applications related to security such as Integrated Risk Management, Security Operations and Business Continuity Management as well as scoped applications that support areas such as Global Security Watch Desk.

Under the direction of the Product Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with key stakeholders in the ITRMS, Global Strategy, Cloud/Infrastructure (DR) as well as Global Security to manage the development resources, help prioritize the backlog, drive the operations resources and coordinate release/testing activities including coordination of the testing team.

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Gain deep subject-matter expertise within security and compliance processes, systems, and data.


  • Follow and apply Product Model principles to maximize value delivery


  • Partner with key stakeholders in ITRMS, Global Strategy, Cloud/Infrastructure (DR), and Global Security to enable a product roadmap based upon business priorities


  • Maintain and prioritize a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, features and user stories which align with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad


  • Capture, convey, and manage risks, impediments, assumptions, and dependencies for execution, and focus on reducing impact early and often.


  • Drive release and operational support planning and execution


  • Serve as primary contact point for questions on design/development related questions.

Education:

  • Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Required Qualifications:

  • Above 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years of demonstrated technical leadership experience using Agile methodologies


  • Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow engineering/development experience


  • Detailed knowledge of ServiceNow platform, hands-on experience in ServiceNow Security modules applications including industry trends.


  • Experience collaborating with vendors/external partners


  • Demonstrable experience in building and supporting large scale IT solutions using modern technologies


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Experience managing a globally distributed implementation squad


  • Previous experience in facilities management applications

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Expected US salary range:
$111,400.00 - $175,300.00
