Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Associate Director, Partnership Management to support and drive our internal and external partnerships running through the APEX [US Marketing Operations] Organization within Strategy & Commercial Operations.
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic capability sourcing strategies, fostering beneficial joint business plans with select Partnerships, integrated transformational roadmaps, and ensuring accelerated financial stewardship. Additionally, this role will assist in other operational portfolio communications.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication skills, critical thinking and business acumen, working knowledge of agency roles and process, and will maintain the highest level of compliance with regulatory requirements, and applicable laws and regulations. In addition, we are seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager to develop data-driven and transparent tools that empower all stakeholders, including leadership, to support their ambition and drive immediate business impact.

This role supports and interacts with a very diverse set of internal stakeholders and requires strong partnership with external suppliers and agencies. This individual will have an opportunity to lead, collaborate and work in areas of white space. A growth mindset would be essential in navigating through ambiguity and is necessary for change adoption.
Core Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:
- Develop & maintain in partnership with Finance and procurement a sustainable, transparent Partnership Transparency Report.
- Create and measure agency KPIs aligned to organization objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Work with Agile / Marketing/Operations leadership to ensure the Partnerships resources are effectively supporting the needs of the team.
- Assess, interpret and report investment spend associated with the creative agencies model for Agile Digital Teams and Marketing.
- Develop and execute supplier/agency evaluations and use the output to optimize agency performance for core roles and creative shared services.
- Collaborate with Procurement on Agency sourcing strategies & business requirements on behalf of US Market.
- Consult on governance model and continue to provide objective feedback and identify areas of improvement.
- Adhoc Support of Business Integration Director with any APEX Communications design & implementation across internal & external
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA)
- 5 or more years of professional work experience with 3 years managing suppliers and/or creative agencies
- Solid understanding of creative agency roles and structure.
- Ability to work onsite at the North Wales, PA (Upper Gwynedd) office at least 3 days per week
- Strong problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and business acumen
- Strong Communication skills, oral and written: Advanced ability to express oneself and provide information effectively and in a succinct manner.
- Leadership: Demonstrated skills applying approaches, tools, and techniques to gain the cooperation and support of others; ability to lead by example and foster collaborative relationships.
- Collaboration: Ability to partner well with others and collaborate across various parts of the organization as well as with external suppliers/agencies.
- Influencing: Advanced ability to influence and impact decisions across various levels within and outside the organization.
- Planning, Tactical and Strategic: Advanced project planning and project management experience, including the ability to contribute to short term operational planning, tactical (1-2 years) planning, and strategic (3-5 years) planning, in support of the overall business plan.
- Prior experience working for or with Agency Partners, including but not limited to Creative, Media, Data, Tech, etc.
- Financial Acumen
- Strong understanding of agile ways of working
