Position Overview
We are seeking a leader to join our People Insights & Solution Design team (PI&SD) as the Director of Partnerships and Solution Design. This new role will report directly to the Senior Director of People Insights & Solution Design, and will transform how the team interacts with stakeholders and delivers fit for purpose insights and technology. The right candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of our team and in attaining our aspirations of being a best in class People Analytics and HR technology team.
As the Director of Partnerships and Solution Design you will lead a team of Insights Partners that support various parts of the People & Places organization (PPL) and the business. These roles will focus on understanding the needs of our internal customers' insights needs (People Business Partners, COEs such as total rewards, organizational effectiveness and talent acquisition) and business leaders, and marrying those to existing and new People Insights deliverables. This team will also be responsible for collaborating with PPL stakeholders to deliver the HR technology roadmap, with a focus on experience design and a human-centered approach.

Responsibilities
Insights Partnership
- Work with the PPL organization to understand and anticipate requirements and translate them into highly usable PI&SD deliverables
- Lead a team of Insights and Solution Design Partners and manage prioritization, load balancing and roadmaps for team members
- Lead our approach on change management and adoption leadership across PI&SD products, with the aim to maximize the reach of People Insights deliverables
- Help our stakeholders and users maximize the value they can get from People Insights products and programs
- Apply knowledge in quantitative and qualitative analysis to surface clear and compelling narratives that inform the strategies of the team
- Influence the development of actionable KPIs that drive business decisions and inform executive management and other key constituents
- Work closely with the rest of the People Insights team (business intelligence, data science, employee listening, research, data engineering) to analyse requirements and convert these into building and implementing solutions
People Technology Roadmap
- Own companywide charters on HR technology related topics (e.g. Employee Data Ethics in Analytics & AI, HR Technology Strategy)
- Build strong partnerships within PPL, and with enabling teams outside PPL
- Provides thought leadership to convert inputs from stakeholder teams into creative, scalable HR technology solutions
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new HR technology tools and vendors, ensuring that they meet the desired outcomes of employee experience
- Utilize experience design principles and a human-centered approach to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous innovation within HR technology solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the employee experience and drive business outcomes
Overall
- As part of the PI&SD leadership team, work with Senior Director to set the strategic vision and strategy for the overall team
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in people analytics, continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement across PI&SD
- Partner with the Senior Director to prioritize initiatives and optimize workload for the team
Minimum Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a related role involving leveraging people data to draw deep insights
- Leading a team a team in people analytics and/or HR technology
- Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in people analytics, with a strong emphasis on building partnerships within an HR team
- Deep understanding of statistical methodologies and machine learning techniques, with a focus on their application in HR contexts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can work in an iterative and incremental way, balancing different inputs and constantly making trade-offs
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
