The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities within the Human Health Digital, Data, and Analytics (HHDDA) team can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
Are you passionate about helping people see, understand, and make sales and marketing decisions that are driven by data? Our HHDDA team is innovating how we work in commercial analytics, across functions. We are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring, and interacting with our customers leveraging digital data and analytics.
Our company's Marketing Effectiveness and Optimization team within HHDDA is seeking a summer intern to design and develop customer centric and actionable analytics solutions that inform decision-making, learning and adaptation. You will work with our team to evaluate innovative methods that inform strategic brand choices, in-flight analytics or post-campaign measurement. You will have the opportunity to convey the power of analytics to decision-making to a broad audience.

Learning Activities
- Professional Development: The intern will have hands-on experience in data science/machine learning techniques under the guidance of team leader.
- Networking Opportunities: The intern will have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals with cross-functional expertise.
- Contribution to an Innovative Project: The intern will apply academic learning to a practical business opportunity that will advance the capabilities of our practice area.
We are seeking intern candidates at all levels with strong academic performance, clarity of communication, teamwork, and interest in applying analytics to business decisions.
Education:
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program
- Candidates must be returning to academic program after the internship
Required Skills:
- Candidates must be available to work full-time, on site, for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June of 2025
- Effective interpersonal, and communication skills, able to process technical information and translate clearly and concisely to others
- Innovative thinking with toward experimentation and problem-solving
- Able to self-organize and prioritize work efficiently and effectively
- Able to write code and QC data science /machine learning processing languages (SQL and Python or R)
Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$39,600.00 - $105,500.00

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
