Business Insights and Analytics Intern

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Human Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

As part of the Future Talent Program, this internship provides an incredible opportunity to work on innovative projects within the Human Health Digital, Data, and Analytics (HHDDA) team. If you're passionate about empowering others to interact with and understand data, this role is for you.

Our HHDDA team is revolutionizing how we understand and engage with patients and customers by leveraging cutting-edge digital tools, data, and analytics. Working cross-functionally, we're inventing new ways of measuring, communicating, and delivering value. This role is part of our Data Visualization group within the Human Health Commercial Analytics Solutions department. You'll develop high-quality, impactful data visualization products to drive decision-making and support programmatic learning. Through collaboration with stakeholders, you'll help transform raw data into actionable insights, creating compelling visualizations that bring analytical findings to life.

As a Business Insights and Analytics Intern, you will:

Education Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA or MS degree program.
  • Must have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies by June 2025.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Availability to work full-time, on site, for 12 weeks starting June 2025.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment and take calculated risks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with experience working on cross-functional teams and managing priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency with data analysis
  • Ability to create Powerpoint slides that tell a story to marketing around brand performance
  • Ability to use visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Spotfire).

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00 - $105,500.00
