Job Description
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager, Rehabilitation for our Outpatient Ambulatory Care setting supporting NYC and Regional Therapy Services. If you are a NYS licensed Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist with clinical and supervisory experience in outpatient services, we are looking for you to join our growing team! Our Center offers the highest standards of comprehensive cancer care in an environment designed to meet the unique needs of cancer patients and their families.
Our exceptional team of rehabilitation experts include physiatrists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and rehabilitation assistants who collaborate in a multi-disciplinary approach to improve our patients’ well-being through their continuum of care. Our Rehabilitation Service has extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of cancer rehabilitation and has been recognized both nationally and internationally. MSK Rehabilitation is dedicated to providing exceptional patient and family experiences and support throughout their care continuum.
You are:
- An engaging leader with a strong team and patient-centeRered focus.

- Experienced in clinical patient care utilizing an evidence-based approach.
- Innovative in operations management and process improvement.
- Dedicated to driving results and committed to strategic alignment with MSK mission and goals.
- Flexible and adaptable with strong time management/organizational skills.
- Confident and effective in verbal and written communication including computer skills.
- Provides patient care and managerial support as needed.
You have:
- New York State Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy License required.
- 5+ years discipline specific clinical experience required; 2+ years supervisory experience required.
- Outpatient Therapy experience required. Oncology, lymphedema, and acute care experience strongly preferred.
Please note, this position requires travel between Rehabilitation locations.
Hours vary between 7a-6p, Monday-Friday (subject to change).

Pay Range: $118,800.00-$196,200.00/annually
