Responsible for analyzing chain-wide transactional, GM/Softlines, and/or Grocery shrink results and developing solutions in partnership with key stake holders. This includes identifying the largest profit opportunity areas, root causes, and end-to-end chain solutions.

What You'll be Doing:

• Analyzes shrink data to proactively identify top categories, products, and/or transactional loss opportunities (includes: point-of-sale, service, shipping/receiving, curb-side pickup, corporate accounts).
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to identify loss root cause.
• Partners with all business areas to develop chain-wide solutions and initiatives.
• Partners with finance and operations on piloting and measuring developed initiatives.
• Trains business partners on initiative process and supports roll-out and execution.
• Networks with vendors and industry partners on current best solutions and practice.
• Support business partners as primary contact with shrink analysis.

What You Bring With You (Qualifications):

• Bachelor degree preferred and/or relevant retail experience.
• 5+ years of previous Loss Prevention/Asset Protection experience preferred.
• 2+ years of analytics experience required.
• Advanced user of Excel including PowerBI and PowerPivot.
• Proficient in multiple data analytics platforms including XBR and Alteryx.
• Builds strong partnerships and works collaboratively with other to meet shared objectives.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of vendor and industry Loss Prevention/Asset Protection solutions.
• Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
