Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Readiness, & Enablement to lead the strategy and execution of initiatives that enhance the sales team’s effectiveness and drive revenue growth. This role is responsible for developing training programs, sales tools, content, marketing efforts, events,  RFP responses, and processes that align with our sales objectives. By fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment across teams, this individual will play a key role in setting the tone and culture for what great looks like at Maven Clinic.

As Senior Manager, Sales Readiness, & Enablement at Maven, you will: 

  • Sales Enablement & Readiness: Develop and implement best-in-class onboarding and continued enablement programs, ensuring sales teams have the necessary product knowledge, sales methodologies, and tools to succeed
  • Training & Development: Support and execute enablement programs that deliver relevant and engaging education globally to multiple revenue personas and experience levels
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure all initiatives are synchronized with business objectives and GTM strategies
  • Operational Efficiency: Assist in maintaining a structured operating rhythm to drive efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness across sales enablement efforts
  • AI & SaaS Tooling: Leverage and optimize AI and SaaS tools to enhance enablement efforts and drive measurable improvements in sales performance
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key enablement metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of training and readiness programs
  • Cultural Reinforcement: Reinforce Maven Clinic’s culture and business values through all enablement programs, ensuring a strong, consistent message across the organization

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or revenue operations, preferably in the enterprise SaaS or healthcare industry
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence with excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional leadership
  • Sales Methodologies: Knowledge of frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, and other sales competency methodologies
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret business metrics and work closely with Finance and RevOps to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Proactive Leadership: Self-starter who operates with autonomy, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Maven follows a flexible hybrid work model. This position is exclusively available to candidates located in or around New York City and requires in-office work 3 days per week

The base salary range for this role is $149,000 - $180,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.

This role requires active work authorization in the US.
