Missions principales
• Mettre à jour et partager les tendances du marché et de Mattel sur une base hebdomadaire
•Fournir des analyses ad hoc sur les leviers stratégiques influençant les ventes sur le marché du jouet aux différents départements
•Soutenir les équipes marketing et commerciale dans l'analyse des performances des marques et de la distribution
•Construire des projections sur l’évolution du marché et de Mattel
•Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale des rendez-vous de category management pour développer nos parts de marché.
•Coordonner les présentations avec nos partenaires externes (Circana, A3D, Kantar, Quantitude,...) : construire le brief, valider la maquette, suivre l'analyse.
•Comprendre les besoins opérationnels des équipes et proposer des solutions statistiques adaptées tout en respectant les contraintes internes.
•Contribuer à l’automatisation des rapports et des dashboards sur Excel pour faciliter le suivi et le pilotage de l’activité.
•Partager avec la région EMEA les best pratices du pays.

 

 - Update and share market and Mattel trends on a weekly basis.
-Provide ad hoc analysis 
-Support marketing and sales teams in analyzing brand and distribution performance
-Develop projections on market and Mattel trends
-Work closely with the sales team on category management to develop our market share.
-Coordinate presentations with our external partners (Circana, A3D, Kantar, Quantitude,...): build the brief, validate the model, follow the analysis.
-Understand the operational needs of our teams and propose appropriate statistical solutions while respecting internal constraints.
-Contribute to the automation of Excel reports and dashboards to facilitate the monitoring and management of business activity.
-Share best practices with the EMEA region.

 

Qualifications

  • Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans une organisation similaire et dans un environnement dynamique à forte saisonnalité
  • Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
  • Esprit synthétique et capacité à proposer des plans d’actions
  • Fortes compétences organisationnelles / capacité à établir des priorités
  • Capacité à travailler dans une organisation matricielle
  • Aisance avec la prise de parole en public
  • Compétences avancées sur excel
  • Autonomie & bon relationnel
  • Français et Anglais : courant à l'écrit et à l'oral

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar organization and in a dynamic, highly seasonal environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Synthetic thinking and ability to propose action plans
Strong organizational skills / ability to set priorities
Ability to work in a matrix organization
Good presentation skills
Advanced Excel skills
Autonomy & good interpersonal skills
French and English: fluent written and spoken
