Job Description
As a SR Demand Planner, you will play a pivotal role responsible for building and managing the demand estimate in consensus with the commercial teams, aligned with the company's strategy, ensuring that the business need is protected and that we have the right product at the right time. Capturing the needs of brands and markets through timely alignment and cross-functional communication. Building a more agile and adaptable way of working to changes in the company's S&OP process and internal supply chain planning changes. As a result of these challenges, it is important that team members are open and adaptable to constant change, have easy cross-functional communication, and have a collaborative and proactive attitude.

Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the demand construction and management process for the Andean markets (Chile, Colombia and Peru) at the brand level; this includes: a) generation of volume estimates per product aligned with commercial strategies and needs, b) demand estimation curves, c) demand transmission to plants using the Anaplan system as a tool, d) follow-up of demand KPI's such as Forecast Variance, Forecast Bias and Value Add,
- Lead Demand Adjustment Alignment meetings with commercial teams, providing visibility into demand estimation for critical issues and priorities, identifying and raising risks and opportunities to have the right product at the right time.
- Track Demand KPI's, analyze and understand results and participate in internal meetings to review these KPI's, bringing knowledge of results from their brands/country.
- Seek automation and standardization of processes within Demand Planning.
Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in Demand Planning / Data analysis and synthesis (ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities but also to make realistic and executable improvement proposals).
- Basic tools and knowledge in Power Bi Power Query and advanced excel handling (handling large amount of data, pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
- Basic knowledge in commercial terms such as Sell in / Sell Out.
- Forecast Pro / SAP APO / BlueYonder forecasting tools (Anaplan is a plus)
- Tableau experience / Basic use of tools such as Power Query and Power BI
- Advanced English.
