The Opportunity
As a Senior Financial Analyst for the Value Channel / Ecom within the EMEA Finance department, reporting to the Manager of Sales Finance and Strategy, you will play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making. This position, preferably based in Warsaw, involves managing P&L performance, contributing to pricing processes, and enhancing customer profitability through analysis. The ideal candidate will have a unique opportunity to impact sales, profitability, and working capital metrics through collaboration with regional and local teams

 

Your Impact Will Be:

  • Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the Value Channel/Ecom, ensuring alignment with financial targets and identifying opportunities to improve profitability
  • Contribute to the pricing strategy, delivering insights and analysis that support effective decision-making for the Value Channel/Ecom
  • Oversee and manage customer benefits, including the tracking of actuals, forecasts, and accruals
  • Conduct reporting and in-depth financial analysis to enhance customer profitability, identifying actions for continuous improvement
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support the Value Channel/Ecom Commercial Team and EMEA Finance Team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels and departments to drive sales, profitability, and working capital outcomes
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with both European and local teams to ensure alignment with financial objectives and strategies

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related Business discipline
  • 4-5 years of experience in a finance function, with exposure to a commercial setting
  • Strong understanding of Value Channel/ Ecom dynamics, including pricing, margin analysis, and channel-specific KPIs
  • Fluent English with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Results-oriented with a focus on implementation (efficiency, timeliness, budget adherence, quality)
