Job Description
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our brand strategy through robust data analysis, administrative excellence, and seamless cross-functional collaboration. What Your Impact Will Be:
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to help identify inventory risks, financial gaps, and marketing opportunities.
- Assist the marketing team with ad hoc report creation and deep-dive analysis to generate insights that inform future marketing strategies.
- Support the team with Circana market share data pulls and monthly reporting.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and add value to team operations.
- Liaise with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate and updated information (e.g., dash codes, pricing, case packs) in internal systems and online lists.
- Assist in executing marketing events and promotions.
- Support for ongoing audit processes.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including agenda development, discussion material preparation, and minute-taking for monthly team meetings, summits, and other key discussions.
- Manage sourcing and shipment of product samples as needed.
- Oversee marketing invoice management, including account coding and PO creation.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in category management, analytics, data management, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with AS400, Tableau, and Cognos data systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
