Job Description

The Opportunity: 

As Associate Marketing Manager, you will lead the commercialization process and the execution of localized marketing strategies for our Portfolio Dolls brands (Polly Pocket, Monster High, Disney Dolls, Universal Dolls, and other owned IP and/or licensed dolls brands). You'll collaborate with Customer Marketing, Sales, and Licensors to develop and implement national marketing initiatives, helping achieve key financial and brand goals. This role offers the chance to shape our brand vision while delivering strategic results in a fast-paced environment.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Drive commercialization efforts: line selection, pricing, item setup, and channel segmentation.
  • Drive item-level forecasting and performance tracking, informing product marketing and manufacturing plans.
  • Activate marketing programs to meet P&L targets and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Demand Planning.
  • Work with external licensors (Disney and Universal); provide quarterly forecasts and collaborate on Canadian marketing programs.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance brand recognition and point-of-sale performance.
  • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations and promotional planning.
  • Manage the annual budgets for both media and non-media activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications

  • Business acumen: Strong marketing knowledge, understanding of financial planning, and strategic thinking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years in consumer or brand marketing (4+ years with MBA)
  • Experience in CPG or a similar environment, managing both internal and external relationships
  • Proven expertise in marketing techniques, strategic planning, and driving results
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
