Our MEGA Brand Design team's mission is to create, develop and produce innovative visual communication strategies to promote and sell our products on different platforms, from packaging to marketing. With close collaboration between our internal and external experts, we aim to deliver creative visual strategies that will reinforce our brand and ensure the global success of our products.

The Opportunity: 

We are currently looking for an energetic and passionate Associate Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will be creative, autonomous and able to juggle several projects at once. Reporting to the Associate Graphic Manager, this person will work in the Brand Design department in close collaboration with the product team, brand managers and several other project stakeholders.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Finalize and adapt to production original designs & ideas for various marketing media such as product packaging, visuals for e-commerce platforms, website elements and social networks, while respecting pre-established guidelines and strategies.
  • Communicate design concepts clearly for approval.
  • Work closely with development teams to understand project needs and objectives.
  • Effectively manage deadlines and priorities, while maintaining a high level of excellence in the quality of work.
  • Be able to adapt to new technologies, trends and developments in the field of graphic design.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • DEC in graphic design;
  • 1 year experience in a similar position an asset;
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Acrobat, Adobe XD), Microsoft Office;
  • Creativity and critical thinking skills;
  • Ability to adapt to change;
  • Possess a good understanding of the creative process and the ability to transform guidelines into compelling visual elements that resonate with the target audience;
  • Have a strong interest in marketing, graphic design, toys and video games, and understand emerging trends;
  • Time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task;
  • Team spirit, high energy, excellent work ethic and the ability to work alone or as part of a team;
  • Willingness and ability to develop, learn and grow;
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
