The Opportunity:

The Associate Analyst, Portfolio Management will contribute to the alignment between Global Product Brand Teams and regional planning functions.

This role will involve providing quota forecasts based on business analytics to support the development and commercialization of new products. The goal is to enhance alignment between item project schedules and demand forecasts.

What Your Impact Will Be:

New Product Portfolio Setup:

  • Set up portfolios for carry forward items.

Demand Planning and Analysis:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of global demand plans to support approval meetings.
  • Manage data entry into approval documents and LPT.
  • Maintain and analyze the 9PLN dashboard throughout the planning cycle.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as forecast accuracy.

Collaboration:

  • Maintain contact with the New Product Project Team, Marketing, and Development Teams.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a data entry role/support analysis, or the equivalent.
  • Experience in forecasting would be an added advantage.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400 (preferred).
  • Analytical skills.
  • Strong numerical and data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility and proactivity.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
