Job Description

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Source to Pay (COUPA) tool trainings to Mattel suppliers and users.
• Preparation, control and follow-up of accounting provisions.
• Analysis of accounts in Blackline.
• Other accounting records to comply with MEXGAAP and USGAAP regarding liabilities and reserves.
• Review of payment proposals to suppliers according to Mattel's calendar.
• Follow up with internal customers on payments/status to their suppliers.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Networking
• Communication with impact
• Basic accounting and tax knowledge.
• Understanding of the structure of a CFDI
• Which taxes are applicable for suppliers (ISR, VAT and withholdings).
• Excellent handling of accruals and journal entries (not complex).
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable
• Advanced english 
• Advanced excel 
• Knowledge in COUPA, Oracle
