Matillion is now seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Denver based team.

As a Revenue Operations Analyst you will focus on providing strategic insights and data-driven support to guide decisions for Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. This will include analyzing business performance trends, creating and maintaining dashboards to track KPIs, ensuring the accuracy of data and improving processes for tracking and reporting metrics.

We value in-person collaboration here at Matillion, therefore this role follows our hybrid work structure where employees work 2 days a week in our Denver office. The rest of the week you are welcome to work from the office, or remotely if you’d prefer.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide analytical rigor and strategic perspective to help inform key decisions across Go-To-Market teams.
  • Understand trends in business performance and derive insights on running the Go-To-Market function.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), allowing stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of revenue-related data across all systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Collaborate to continuously improve current processes and deploy new ones to track key metrics. 
  • Work closely with the Data Insights team to align visualisations with business goals.

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar analytical focused role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides (basic working knowledge of SQL a plus)
  • Hold strong problem-solving skills, with experience in handling large datasets and optimising data processes
  • Have an ability to communicate information effectively to a variety of stakeholders
  • Possess a high sense of ownership and drive to deliver accurate, actionable insights
  • Knowledgeable in best practices for data hygiene

At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level, and country. This exempt role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is $63,200 - $85,000, and the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
