We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting compelling initiatives and events to drive demand with current and new customers. From planning and execution to measurement and optimization, you will the delivery of compelling events and initiatives that make a difference.

What you'll be doing
- Field Marketing Strategy: Guide the planning, execution, and tracking of programs to generate leads, expand market presence, and nurture customer relationships, aligned with the go-to-market strategy and regional priorities.
- Event & Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to develop event frameworks, manage logistics, digital platforms, and sales enablement materials, and ensure seamless event promotion and follow-up.
- Measurement & Optimisation: Track campaign performance, optimise event outcomes, and provide recommendations to improve ROI.
- Collaboration & Communication with stakeholders: Align with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive pipeline growth, manage vendor relationships, and ensure stakeholder alignment on goals and execution.
- Customer Advocacy: Develop customer case studies and testimonials to support sales and marketing teams with success proof points and to enhance our brand reputation.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrable B2B demand generation experience with a focus on Field Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of B2B event management best practices.
- Proven ability to create targeted event experiences throughout the lead lifecycle.
- Metrics-driven approach to both virtual and in-person events.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a knack for managing complex details.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with strong relationship-building abilities.
At Matillion, we are committed to providing compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level and country. This role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is £44,000 - £66,000. The final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
