The Team and the Role

The Marketing team partners closely with the Field Sales team to drive pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration and revenue through Account-Based Marketing (ABM), tailored field marketing programs, and data-driven decision-making. The Field Marketing Manager is critical in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives by leveraging global campaigns and ensuring seamless lead progression throughout the pipeline.

You will be responsible for analysing account behaviour, supporting sales outbound activities, and executing bespoke events to engage high-priority accounts and accelerate deal velocity. The role requires a strategic mindset, a data-oriented approach, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

This role is pivotal in driving pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue growth by aligning marketing efforts with sales teams to engage high-priority accounts and convert opportunities into customers.

The role in few points

  • Marketing Analysis: Analyse Italian accounts to understand engagement, intent, and behaviours to accelerate sales pipeline.


  • Collaboration: Partner with EMEA Regional Marketing Director, UK Field Sales Director, and Sales team to develop marketing plans for new bookings, pipeline generation and acceleration goals, regular reporting to key stakeholders.


  • Marketing Events: Plan, execute, and optimize field marketing events such as roundtables, roadshows, and account-specific activities, direct and indirect with partners.


  • Performance Measurement: Measure and analyse field marketing results to refine programs for optimal ROI, ensuring alignment with sales teams on target accounts, messaging, and metrics.


  • Reporting: Track and report metrics like pipeline influence, deal velocity, and revenue contribution, adjusting strategies as needed, and managing budgets to maximize ROI.

Who You Are

  • Extensive B2B experience in field marketing, preferably in an international organization, ABM, or related roles in B2B or SaaS environments.


  • Knowledge of marketing processes, best practices, and automation tools, along with experience working with all levels of a sales organization.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, high energy, innovative, and maintaining a positive attitude.
