The Vice President, Product Management will lead product management, product development, and product operations of multiple SME solutions/domains (including: Identity, Accounts Payable/Receivables, and Data Platform). This leader will lead high-performing product teams to deliver and support omni-channel SME solutions and services at speed and scale. This role will also be a thought leader in continuing to make Mastercard a foundational differentiator for all our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and deliver a consistent product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all products within the Program, working on multiple Products in a complex matrixed environment
• Establish and drive product management disciplines across the product lifecycle, e.g., Studio framework, Agile development, and product quality, ensuring product readiness across Technology, Delivery, Product and GTM perspectives
• Owns New Product Development including identifying new opportunity spaces, creating Product strategy, and partnering with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deliver new Products that drive incremental revenues for Mastercard
• Ensures team has a full understanding of market dynamics including Regulatory, Legal, Competitive and Technology landscapes
• Drive a user-centric culture of data driven, test and learn experimentation, continuously assessing and enhancing the Product user experience
• Build, motivate and lead direct and cross-functional teams, leveraging trust-based relationships to deliver an efficient operating model
• Continually raise the bar with talent across the Product organization by a combination of hiring top new talent and actively growing existing talent (e.g. through participating in mentoring outside the Program)
• Full P&L ownership for the program - Manage and optimize budgets, forecasting, and cost allocation to enable the delivery of key business objectives
• Uses a data-driven approach to assess market opportunity and partners with regions to build joint business cases incorporating accurate representations of future revenues and expense bases

ALL ABOUT YOU
• Extensive experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Management Consulting, Business Operations and/or Strategy & Ops roles (ideally a mix of these and more!)
• Highly strategic thinker with lots of reps setting ambitious and well-defined team goals (using OKRs, SMART goals, etc) and then delivering on them successfullyStrong project management skills
• Analytically rigorous and deeply curious about the data of the companies you've worked at, in ways that have driven actionable insights and product roadmap updates
• Prove track record of hiring and retaining high performing teams; naturally able to motivate and mentor cross functional team members in a matrix environment
• Strong relationship building skills and highly collaborative; excellent listening skills and facilitating & guiding senior executives/colleagues
• Strong oral and written communicator, able to communicate vision, thoughts, ideas, and solutions to different audiences
