Responsible for business development support to all Country Managers in the Division. Work with Country Managers to establish and execute on short and long-term financial, operating and business objectives in alignment with country plans. Monitor, analyse and report on business metrics for the Division to aid management decision making.

Primary Duties/ Responsibilities

The job holder will work directly with the Country Managers to:

• Manage business development opportunities for assigned prospects and accounts, including monitoring customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customers' existing business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis and recommend opportunities for additional revenue
• Develop financial modeling and business cases for identified opportunities
• Develop and report on sales pipeline leveraging all available resources in coordination with the product development and account management teams
• Identify opportunities to sell new products to existing customers
• Develop long-term growth strategies to optimize mutual profitability across debit, credit and other business lines
• Work with virtual team of MasterCard subject matter experts to strategically articulate value propositions to close new business opportunities
• Maintain responsibility for all administrative and operations issues for assigned business development opportunities including planning, reporting, budget and expense management.

• Budget preparation and management

Education
• Relevant Degree preferred
