The GBSC (Global Business Services Center) is the shared services organization for Mastercard. The Analyst, GBSC Legal Services is a dual role supporting:
• Legal Compliance Risk Management (LCRM) with inputting, validating, tracking, and reporting on information in the IBM OpenPages tool.
• Regulatory Counsel with training registrations and data maintenance of Archer GRC.
The position requires a great deal of independence, accuracy, and consistency. Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and data entry is required, and knowledge of OpenPages is a plus.
ROLE
• Support the collection, input and reporting of data in the OpenPages tool for Tier 1 Risk Areas, Mergers & Acquisitions, Government Contracting, Quality Assurance, and Business Process Improvements
• Maintain the data integrity of Archer GRC and RELR training information
• Assist Government Contracting with deals and opportunities via Remedy and SharePoint updates
• Timely and accurate reporting of monthly activities and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders within LFI and more broadly across Mastercard
ALL ABOUT YOU
KNOWLEDGE/TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proficient in use of software applications; experience with Open Pages a plus

• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
