Global Talent Acquisition covers Experienced Hiring, Executive Hiring, Campus Hiring, and Diversity Hiring. As a Specialist in Talent Acquisition, you'll play a crucial role within the Acquisition function, which is embedded in Mastercard's 'Sourcing Led Recruiting' framework. This framework is designed to source, attract, and recruit diverse and exceptional talent critical to Mastercard's success.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, Services, you will primarily manage the European Advisors Consulting Services business, with potential responsibilities in other business areas. This position is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with internal talent acquisition stakeholders to develop tailored strategies for attracting top external talent for Services.

Conduct initial screenings of passive and active candidates, both internally and externally.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline in the CRM for immediate or future roles.

Ensure compliance with designated processes and systems.

Monitor sourcing effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for strategy improvements (e.g., direct source hires, time-to-fill, cost per hire, diversity, candidate pipeline quality, applicant tracking system functionality, data integrity).

Maintain transparent and strong partnerships with business stakeholders through effective reporting and communication.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruiting principles, theories, and concepts.

Proven experience in designing and implementing sourcing strategies.

Expertise in sourcing senior-level professional talent through multiple channels.

Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is highly desirable.

Skilled in developing and presenting data to business partners.

Demonstrated ethical standards, high integrity, and a passion for attracting top talent.

Ability to deliver with a high sense of urgency and a strong customer satisfaction focus.

Proven track record as an effective networker.

Self-starter who excels as an individual contributor while navigating a complex global organization.

Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
