The LAC Corporate Solutions Team is responsible to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to retain, grow and expand Mastercard commercial footprint in the region. To do this, the team takes an end-to-end approach by formulating market strategy, developing relevant products and solutions, packaging these products, articulating the value proposition to Issuers and their customers, and optimising the go-to-market process.
The Product Manager will support the LAC region by accelerating Corporate Solutions tools deployments, increasing footprint, and ensuring customer success.
Reporting directly to the Director of LAC Corporate Solutions Product Management, this individual will collaborate closely with both global and local product teams to roll out the deployment of these tools, its enhancement and new features roadmap.

Role
• Enable and implement end to end strategies for Corporate Solutions tools rollout and adoption.
• Support the markets with product knowledge and adequate analysis/case studies as required to demonstrate the value of these tools.
• In partnership with the local Product Manager in each cluster, support the strategic selling process with key customers: accelerating customer onboarding, training the trainers and developing go-to-market.
• Demonstrate technology management expertise and strong project management skills.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance; ability to locate and use relevant data to support performance measurement, tracking, and product insights.
• Work in partnership with the Global Product team to leverage best practices and bring new capabilities to markets in the region.

All About You
• Relevant experience in project management and technical thinking.
• This position requires a highly collaborative and self-driven individual who will need to manage relationships across multiple functional areas.
• Cross-functional team experience managing multiple, complex projects concurrently and delivering timely results under tight timelines.
• Experience in consultative sales, relationship management, product management, training, and customer success.
• Understanding of integrations to Large Corporates systems, file formats and connectivities.
• Strong interpersonal and speaking skills to guide customers and build credibility internally and externally; team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible.
• Ability to embrace complexity but deliver and articulate simplicity.
• Experience using relevant Microsoft Office programs and ability to create deliverables on a timely basis (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Project etc.)
• Languages: Spanish and English. Brazilian Portuguese is a bonus.
