Mastercard is on the lookout for People Specialist - temporary replacement for Maternity Leave.
Role -
• Supports and manages People and Capability initiatives and projects including workforce planning, rewards, employee engagement and training.
• Manages timely coordination and execution of day-to-day People and Capability activities by working with key stakeholders across the business
• Creates reports to support People and Capability program recommendations and track costs and performance of programs
• Leads crucial People and Capability activities including new hire orientation, off boarding, maintaining employee records.
• Partners with employees, managers and leaders across Business Units, markets or regions to develop and deploy People and Capability best practices
• Conducts analysis of People and Capability metrics and summarizes findings and implications

• Previous experience as an HR specialist
• Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
• Great communication skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to drive and evolve People strategy, programs and initiatives to align with business strategies, priorities and the talent agenda.
• Ability to provide timely and high quality request fulfillment to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lead, plan and manage a project/initiative to achieve its set goals and deliverables
