Role summary
We’re looking for a Content Specialist to join the Lenses team! As a member of the Lenses team, you will be responsible for Lenses schedule programming and Lenses management. Working from our Mexico office, you’ll collaborate with Design, Data Science and Partnership, Regional Growth Teams and Snapchat external partners to increase engagement with our Lenses product or to help to drive engagement for Snap partners.
What you’ll do:
Manage Lenses review process in collaboration with design team to respect company policy
Support Lenses localization process for international markets
Manage and develop the process of adding metadata for Lenses
Program schedule for Lenses launch.
Monitor and report Lenses metrics to the team and internal/external partners
Support marketing campaigns with relevant Lenses content
Partner with Design, Data Science and Partnership and other internal teams as well as external partners
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience working in operations at a tech or media international company as a Content specialist, Content manager or in Content programming team
Fluent English - reading and writing
Experience of working with Google Drive and Google office products (Mail, Calendar, Spreadsheets, Slides, etc), Jira, basic video editing tools knowledge
Preferred qualifications:
BI tools knowledge and be able read, use and modify products dashboards (preferred Looker knowledge)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to details
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Understanding of behind the scene of AR-effects production
