Overview

Our Operations Analysts participate in daily research that is critical to the success of the RiskRecon organization. Analysts use specialized platforms and procedures to research companies all over the world. The position is responsible for executing on processes to carry out customer requests. The position is required to communicate and interact with various departments effectively.

An ideal Operations Analyst has basic knowledge of IT, customer support, and knows how to follow and contribute to sound procedures along with a strong desire to learn in the IT Security field.

Performance Measurements
1. Consistent on time delivery for Sales and Production account requests.
2. On time delivery of Sales and Production backlog requests.
3. On time creation of Targets of Evaluation.
4. Scans completed on or before specified due dates.
5. QA conducted in areas of interest.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
80% - Research companies and perform quality checks for on-boarding and maintenance.
10% - Prepare material for customer delivery and manage inter-departmental relationships.
5% - Demonstrate RiskRecon's commitment to quality and delivery to external stakeholders.
5% - Understand technical implementation details necessary to identify and assess security risks and recommend mitigating controls.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
