Title and Summary
MEP Data Center Assessor
Overview:
The primary purpose of this role is to complete Mastercard data center assessments, benchmark and recommend best in class data center MEP and operations for Mastercard's Data Centers, and oversee the Data Center Facility Standards and Assessment documents, ensuring they are updated and reviewed to meet Data Center infrastructure standards. This role will maintain and update SOP, MOP and EOP's for Mechanical and Electrical equipment and support our on-site maintenance service provider.

Role:
• Complete assessment checklist documenting design and operations of Data Centers.
• Travel as needed to all Mastercard Data Centers domestically and internationally
• Create final assessment reports identifying risk, mitigating controls, recommendations to eliminate risk and identify potential impact and likelihood of risk.
• Work very closely with IT Services and Information Security all aspects of Data Center assessments.
• Attend and support Real Estate Services role with Global Data Center Governance meetings.
• Support Corporate Environmental Sustainability goals and report metrics within Data Centers.
• Manage training program ensuring all personnel have completed and comprehend operation procedures.
• Secondary on-call support of onsite service provider
• Maintain and update SOP, MOP and EOP's
All About You:
• Ability to travel globally and domestically up to 10% as needed
• Strong knowledge of Data Center design and Uptime Tier ratings.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical operations of a Data Center.
• Accredited Certification from Uptime Institute (ie ATS or ATD) preferred or willingness to acquire while in role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid leadership and organizational skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Pay Range:
Missouri $102,000 -158,000
