The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Manager product lead for LAC to oversee product solutions and P&L management for CA&E products and platforms, including Rewards, Offers, and Personalization.

This role will be an expert on the product(s) Rewards, Offers, and Personalization and be responsible for ensuring the product(s) is/are scaled across the Region. The position will need to have deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensure the product(s) meet(s) local market needs, and be able to proactively enhance and innovate the product line(s) by collecting the requirements for future development. This position will ensure products meet local market needs, deliver the product go-to-market strategy, and partner closely with the Commercialization counterparts to ensure that each product is a part of the broader solutions portfolio to drive the desired business outcomes. This position will work closely across the Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads and Account Managers.
Reporting directly to the Regional CA&E Product Management Lead, this individual will ensure products maximize funding pools and facilitate sales customer dynamics.

Role:
Act as Product Owner for Rewards, Offers, and Personalization
Bring global product to the region, including use cases
Fuel and understand global roadmap
Budget and forecast tracking
Lead Product Localization and GTM
Manage Studio process (including pricing)
Close involvement on pilots
Vendor/partner management
Offers sourcing (in-market)
Act as Regional SME
Understand competitive landscape
Map regional pain points/needs
Training and educational sessions to Account Managers / Sales
Measure value and articulate impact

All About You:
Proven experience as a product, sales or client services leader with a demonstrated ability to drive growth.
Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions.
Extensive experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets.
Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives.
Skilled in influencing and motivating teams, with a vision for unifying sales stakeholders around strategic goals.
Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plans.
Recognized as a senior subject matter expert capable of navigating complex deals and engaging with executive-level clients.
Deep understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends.
Creative problem solver with the ability to generate "out of the box" solutions and build alignment across diverse teams.
Growth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
International and matrixed organizational experience is highly desirable.
Exceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency.
Ability to work across geographically diverse teams and cultures
Hold a Bachelor's degree (required); advanced degree preferred.
Fluency in Spanish(required); English proficiency required.
