We are seeking an experienced and strategicManager of Product Management to join our dynamic team at Cornerstone OnDemand.In this role, you will lead and shape our product strategy, manage a team ofproduct managers, and drive the development and enhancement of our cutting-edgelearning management products. As a Manager, you will work closely withcross-functional teams to ensure our products align with customer needs andmarket trends while maintaining Cornerstone's commitment to innovation andexcellence.

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision, goals, and market demands.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and beyond, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, and use this information to drive product innovation.
• Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectations while enhancing user experience.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional products and solutions.
• Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market needs, business objectives, and customer feedback.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards for product delivery, including rigorous testing and quality control processes.
• Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and standards and ensure that our products adhere to all necessary compliance requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of learning management solutions is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
