Background
The Mastercard Authentication Program Team is looking for a new Authentication Product Manager to help develop and deliver best-of-breed authentication products for e-commerce transaction use cases that will drive penetration for our authentication products and services.

The ideal candidate will identify new authentication opportunities, assesses the company's product performance, and helps develop its long-term strategic plans for future e-commerce authentication product lines. The role responsibilities include:
• Developing a best-in-class onboarding journey for customers participating in the Authentication Program
• Partnering with Product Development, Regional partners, Commercialization, Franchise, Legal and Pricing teams to develop product solutions, Product roadmaps, and go-to-market plans
• Prioritizing features and functionality
• Communicating the e-commerce Authentication Product Strategy to Key Stakeholders and Customers and ensure that it is understood and actionable.
Role Requirements
• Actively partner with customers with onboarding, launches, operational health, and compliance within the Authentication Program.
• Partner with the product , delivery, and engineering teams to understand product/enhancement requirements
• Drive product development focusing on customer journey and experience
• Partner with the global product and engineering owners to identify and document test cases and tools to be used by Customers for testing activities
• Ensures that operating, customer, and market readiness requirements are met for products, product enhancements and product features
• Implements and monitors business processes and standards to ensure a controlled global operating environment consistent with profitability standards in their area of responsibility
• Partner with internal stakeholders on continuous process improvement efforts
All About You
• Experience working with both large and emerging Financial Services, Technology, Service Providers, Processors, and/or digital platform partners
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Understanding of payments technology and application of that knowledge to address product and / or customer onboarding needs
• Demonstrated experience with successful project management and strategic thinking
• Self-starter, highly organized, collaboration-minded and results driven
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
