Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management

As part of the LAC XBS Regional Product Management Team, the Cross Border (XBS) Regional Product Manager is responsible for leading and executing a diverse set of processes, initiatives, analytics and reporting activities, working in partnership with Regional XBS Product Management Director, XBS Solutions Architects, XBS BD leads, Global product and Customer Delivery units.

This requires a well-balanced combination of business analytic skills, good understanding of the International Payments and correspondent banking business, as well as solid technical and operational expertise that supports the XBS Product Mgt Strategy .

Role & Key Responsibilities Description

1.Product Management Process:
• Support the preparation of intakes, Product Requirements Development (PRDs) and business case modeling for such initiatives.
• Support Regional and Global product mgt interaction process on initiatives/analytics required for:
oproduct improvements conceptualization
ofollow up on upcoming product capabilities
okey Product gaps, quality, investigations issues tracking.
• Support FX rates analysis for clients and FX rates competitiveness studies, in collaboration with commercialization and treasury/FX desk.
• Coordinate materials and content required for Studio process.
• Lead analysis on market/pricing strategies and research initiatives assigned, working with regional/ global product and regional/global commercialization teams.
• Lead as project manager role for:
oRegional product mgt improvements initiatives.
oExecute action plans defined in the integration processes with Tech enablers, supporting XBS regional solutions architect function.
• Tracking on execution of Network mgt book of work and prioritized initiatives.

2.Analytics and Reporting:
• Produce and keep updated reports related to implementations pipeline/status, as well as monthly financials analysis and KPIs for QBRs.
• Produce specific, periodic, and on demand analysis on product performance, approval /rejection/returns ratios at product or key customer level.
• Support the creation of numeric/business models for specific initiatives, market sizing, budget and forecast processes.
• Work and coordinate with finance/comptroller teams on incentives, rebates programs.

3.Support to Business Development/Implementation/Communications processes
• Lead and coordinate communications/training related to initiatives on product updates, disaster recovery topics, and bulletins/guides (working with commercialization, client delivery, operations)
• Creation of documentation /content related to internal XBS processes tailored for LAC region, as well as customer facing product guidelines/thought leadership materials.
• Lead coordination and tracking of setups in the billing system during customer pre-readiness and implementation process.
• Support on executing trainings to clients during pre-readiness or implementation phases (customer support/operational processes, web portals functions).

All About You

• College education background preference in industrial / systems engineering / business administration
• 8-10 years' experience in Analyst rotation programs at global financial institutions, Consulting, Financial services Product Mgt roles, or any combination of roles working with financial institutions on installations, training and support of APIs or similar technical services.
• Alternatively, experience in the payment/technology industry in product development, technical implementations and integration, with focus on Cross Border Payments platforms or Correspondent Banking
• Experience in designing and mapping processes/flows, and project management.
• Knowledge of Correspondent banking and SWIFT capabilities.
• Ability to engage quickly with key stakeholders, with experience working in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
• Curious about competitive offerings and industry trends.
• Experience driving complex product solutions involving several internal/external stakeholders, consultative selling, cross functional teams or technical advisory work also a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in a highly technical environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and MIS/Data mgt tools such as Tableau/Power BI .
• Full English and Spanish skills required. Portuguese a big plus.
