Title and Summary

Manager, People Business Partner

Overview

• Accountable for People & Capability management in support the South Latin-American Division.
• Partners with business leaders to design and implement a people strategy that advances the business and drives performance.
• Works with HR Center of Expertise (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Analytics) to ensure programs, processes and initiatives are successfully implemented and managed

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management and delivery of core People and Capability programs, including talent and performance management, learning, year-end compensation planning, and workforce planning within a business line or geography
• Acts as a primary point of contact with Center of Expertise on program delivery issues and customizations for the business they support
• Coaches managers and employees on development, employee relations and reward issues
• Conducts development plan audits and ensures appropriate plans are in place
• Provides support across business units for the geography that they manage
• May participate in the roll-out of Benefits initiatives and on-boarding activities for a business or location
• Shares local intelligence and provides a "field perspective" on the effectiveness of programs and initiatives
• Resolves complex service issues that have been escalated from COEs.
• Serves as subject matter expert on the local labor market and regulatory environment

Experiences

• Demonstrated success coordinating and delivering corporate People & Capability. programs/processes (e.g., talent management, year-end compensation planning) and reporting on progress.
• Demonstrated success when consulting with leaders and other stakeholders on the local P&C issues.
• Experience building relationships and collaborating with other key stakeholders
• Experience managing major elements of large, cross-functional projects.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations for internal learning, training events and/or business discussions.
