The Role:
As a Finance Manager you will
• Ensure oversight of the data extracts use for accounting and supplemental reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting (domestic and foreign) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate inquiries from local and foreign regulators.
• Lead and support on any requirements during examinations.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of reporting necessary to support statutory financial reporting and supplemental reporting.
• Maintenance on internal reporting KPIs and metrics
• Support enhancements of internal controls set-up and on-going management
• Proficient utilization of company resources and applications including Oracle, data warehouse, data analysis, Microsoft Office and other applications for timely reporting requirements.
• Complete special projects and other duties as needed.
• This position requires a highly motivated team-player who works collaboratively across finance and Operations and Technology teams to accelerate the implementation of the abovementioned processes and controls
All About You :
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
• Statutory accounting and financial audits
• Experience working with auditors and consultors
• Proven experience in managing internal/external audits and statutory reporting
• Accounting experience: analyze and review month-end, balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
• Regulatory reporting experience is highly desired.
