Title and Summary

Manager, Business Development (PMO & Strategy)

This role covers diverse areas within China market entry project such as project planning, execution tracking, workshop facilitation to drive consensus, reporting, etc. This role will work extensively with various functions within MA and JV. This role also supports other strategic topics for our China business including regular management reporting for informed decisions, market strategy development & alignment with AP/Global, etc.

Role
• To define project plans, track progress, escalate issues and drive for solution for selected areas of China market entry project
• To facilitate effective interaction mechanism between JV and MA (e.g. governance process, update/reporting procedures, etc.)
• To perform required strategic research / analysis by leveraging internal & external sources (e.g. desktop research, interviews with internal experts, etc.)
• To support strategy execution and follow through multi-functional efforts with owners for results

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with multi-functional teams and articulate issues/findings/approaches
• Project Management: Ability to manage projects by engaging multi-functional stakeholders
• Research & analysis capability: ability to conduct research to find required data/info and synthesize the findings
• Operational excellence: Attention to detail; fluent in PPT & Excel; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Business acumen: Possesses or demonstrates the ability to quickly acquire the new knowledge of business units related to the managed projects
