Role: Oversee end to end product enablement and launch for all corporate solutions, including but not limited to card products (corporate, central travel account, fleet, purchasing, prepaid) and platforms (Virtual cards, expense management)

Key Accountabilities:

• Understand and support development of customers' product strategy and positioning Mastercard's offerings including active participation in RFP process

• Driving execution of commercial product strategies (for example, platform localization, product integration with processors, etc.)

• Product Implementation and Go live Support - Serve as the primary post sale point of contact for banks, guiding them through product implementation and go live processes in collaboration with internal technology & delivery teams:
• Lead issuers, processors and related parties' technical readiness
• Provide detailed process map for issuers to facilitate onboarding and speed to revenue
• Validation of customer journeys
• Facilitate resolution of raised issues and actions, identify risks and changes
• Assessment of third parties' compatibility with Mastercard existing product suite for a unified experience
• Providing Program management for strategically important clients and complex customer engagements
• Implementation Oversight and Tracking
oEnsure priority and execution of projects in line with regional targets, ensuring projects remain on schedule
oAccelerate launches and volume onto Commercial programs through data driven analysis and recommendations
oMonitor scope, tasks, deliverables, timelines, risks, issues of a new implementation
oProvide regular updates to internal stakeholders and escalate at risk projects with product managers and BD team
Customer Enablement & Adoption
oEnsure banks have necessary tools, training and support to effectively launch Mastercard's commercial products to their corporate clients
oConduct workshops, and enablement session for bank relationship managers, product and operations team
oMonitor product adoption and usage, identifying opportunities to further engagement

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in launching and managing commercial payment solutions implementations and projects
• Ability to understand connectivity of systems and business understanding of API and XML documentation
• Experience dealing with card processors
• Experience and / or understanding of payments, commercial or procurement
• Solid solution development and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills and execution focus
