As a Business Strategy Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact. As a Business Strategy Consultant at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts - presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth.

Who You Are

As an Associate Director/Director Corporate Strategy at Kyndryl, you will help drive the growth and profitability of Kyndryl by applying industry-specific and cross-industry strategies to grow revenue and expand profitability.

You'll handle complex parts of strategic engagements, working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their challenges. Your strategic recommendations will drive change how and where Kyndryl will create sustainable advantage and allow you to collaborate with talented colleagues across different domains.

Kyndryl Corporate Strategy consultants partner with internal stakeholders to define winning strategies, shape value proposition of offerings and solutions, enhance their implementation effectiveness, and create sustained advantage in Delivery using Kyndryl Bridge.

As an Associate Director/Director, you will apply your knowledge to generate value for our internal stakeholders while building and contributing to Kyndryl intellectual property. Your role in projects can vary from team management to team advisor and contributor.

You will leverage your expertise to add insight and drive internal stakeholders toward recommendations and you will be viewed as a trusted advisor by senior leaders. You will help scope and structure the work, onboard team members, and provide guidance throughout the project. Associate directors generate interest and excitement about their expertise area, and coach and mentor others across the organization.

In addition, you will help customer facing teams generate proposals and demonstrate curiosity regarding emerging technologies and industry trends. You will foster a culture of curiosity and innovation within the team, encouraging others to stay informed about technological advancements and how they can be leveraged to benefit Kyndryl and its stakeholders.

Your ability to stay ahead of the curve on technological developments will enable you to provide informed, forward-thinking recommendations. This will involve continuous learning, attending industry conferences, engaging with thought leaders, and exploring new tools and methodologies that can enhance Kyndryl's strategic positioning and operational efficiency.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.)
  • 5+ years of work experience preferred in top management consulting firms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
  • Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Capability to analyze and solve problems using data.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in English

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -

$134,160 to $254,880 based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California:$147,600to$305,880

Colorado: $134,160to$254,880

New York City: $161,040to$305,880

Washington: $147,600to$280,320

Washington DC:$147,600to$280,320

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
