Overview
• The LAC Digital Marketing Platform Team:
- develops regional strategies, plans, best practices and dashboards with the support of Global Teams to guide the LAC markets in driving consumer and partner preference via digital platforms

- manages regional digital platforms to drive effectiveness of results and investment efficiencies

• The purpose of the Regional Digital Marketing PlatformHead is to:
- lead LAC regional digital marketing platform management and strategies to drive consumer preference
- manage LAC media, digital and social media agencies and scopes of work
- develop and social and digital marketing strategies and tracking metrics

- Have you led digital marketing and platform management/development for a major country or region?
- Do you have experience integrating new digital platforms into marketing plans to drive results?
- Can you led a team of diverse team members and agencies to launch a major initiative?

Role
• Identify and integrate major global, regional and local digital marketing strategies and platforms.

• Develop digital marketing strategies and plans with related results metrics.

• Lead regional digital marketing platform development, management and migrations.

• Develop tracking dashboards to measure results and adjust media and digital investment strategies.

• Enable and drive regional digital CRM integrating proprietary and social media platforms.

All About You
• You have been a senior digital marketing platform marketing executive.
• Experienced managing digital agencies, website and app developers, scopes of work, budget, plans.
• Management of diverse teams across markets or regions.
• Managed two or more direct reports and several indirect reports dispersed geographically.
• Digital CRM experience with proprietary and social media platforms.
• Fluency in Spanish and English and Portuguese a plus.

Other key desirable or additional capabilities:

• Digital CRM experience with proprietary and social media platforms.
• Proven driver of business results including: enrollments, acquisition, usage.
• Creative development of major social and digital initiatives.
• Working knowledge or proficiency in Portuguese.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
