Overview
Your opportunity to join an agile and experienced team delivering significant revenue to the UK&I business. The team focus on identifying and building strong partnerships with organisations who provide BIN Sponsor services to early stage Fintech across debit, credit, prepaid and commercial products. These partners represent some of the most entrepreneurial organizations Mastercard work with today and are constantly looking to partner with us to utilize the full set of or our core products to drive new and exciting solutions to an ever evolving marketplace. You will be reporting to the VP, Account Management & BIN Centre of Excellence working closely with stakeholders within Mastercard and our partner organizations. We are looking for a hard working team player with the drive and experience to manage the commercial, operational and technical elements presented by this set of customers.

The Role
• Taking ownership of a customer segment aligned with Mastercard's approach to BIN sponsorship, supporting them and their end customers on new business discussions and delivery of new to market payment products.
• Deliver the BIN Centre of Excellence strategy as set out by the VP, building long term relationships with key partners brining scalable fintech propositions to market.
Responsible for taking the lead on quickly understanding challenges and working with cross functional partners to deliver timely resolutions.
• Responsible for understanding customer development requests, ensuring time frames are managed and communicated to all parties.
• You will be the interface to key cross-functional partners such as AML, Franchise, Risk, BDF, Finance and Legal. Working with these partners to deliver a seamless solution for our end customers
All About You
• Demonstrable Account Management and/or Business Development experience needed
• Strong problem solving essential
• Comfortable building and managing both internal and external relationships
• An understanding of the payments eco system and the challenges new to market fintech institutions face
• Comfortable managing multiple customers, stakeholder, projects and challenges
• Experience working within a matrix organization
• Strong team player but able to work on own initiative
• Capable of managing the pressure of a high intensity environment
